LOST ORDERS

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. We will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.
Note:
Please capture a photo or record a brief video (around 2 minutes) if the product is defective, so we can verify the issue and provide compensation.
REFUNDS POLICY

We will cover all shipping costs for your order, including any replacement orders. You will only be responsible for shipping and warranty repair costs if the product has been in use for more than 3 months.
